When GPS tracks are loaded in for a Navigation Rally, results are automatically computed.
Note that it is important that the boat name and nominated boat speed be entered for each
competitor.
There are three ways to achieve this:
1. Save the data in the GPS. With the QStarz BT-Q1000X GPS units, this information can
be saved to the GPS in the Upload from GPS dialog.
2. Specify the data in a Schedule defined as part of the Rally Event.
3. Enter the data after loading from the GPS using the Edit Track tab.
As soon as this is done, results will be available in the Nav Rally Results tab:
Each competitor is listed as a row in the table, and their times through each scoring gate are
recorded and scored against the theoretical time for their nominated speed.
Points are totaled for each competitor Score column.
Note:
· You may sort any column by clicking on its column header
· You may copy data to the clipboard (and then paste into a spreadsheet) by selecting all rows
(hold down the Ctrl key whilst selecting) then pressing Ctrl-C.
