Will the GPS overwrite when its full?
AnswerFor the QStarz GPS's there is a setting available to instruct it whether or not to overwrite existing data when full. (TackTracker sets this flag to overwrite.) However, its good practice not to let it fill right up, because it will take a while to download it all. Before you go sailing for the weekend, I recommend you use the GPS software utility or TackTracker to reset your GPS and clear existing tracks from its memory. If you forget, don't worry, there is plenty of room for lots of races.
